Pinnacle Reef is one of the best kept secrets on the Great Barrier Reef and is one of the perfect places to do a couple of dives and experience all that the Great Barrier Reef has to offer. Come and introduce yourself to the resident black tipped reef sharks (totally harmless) batfish, spangled emperor and turtles. Meander around large "bommies" (coral outcrops) which rise from 12m below to just below the surface.
SCUBA DIVING CONDITIONS
Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from scuba diving.
Minimum age for diving is 12 years.
Flying after diving: A wait of 12 hours is recommended but preferably 24 hours, if doing multiple dives, before ascending to an altitude of 300 metres or greater.
Certified divers must posses an internationally recognized SCUBA certificate card.
